still no biometrics

im starting to really get worried again... i waited patiently (somewhat) to not make an info pass hoping everyday i'll get my bio app in the mail... and still there isnt any... i tried calling USCIS but to no avail i wasnt able to talk to any live assistance... again im hoping to find answers here if its possible to call uscis and be able to talk to a live person? and im hoping for genuine answer aside from giving me a 123 numbers... just a bit down right now... we're hoping to able to travel abroad this coming june or july and i dont wana miss any bio app knowing my card will be expired soon...

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Hi,

Please make an infopass ASAP.

https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_en.php

At the info pass ask the Immigration officer that you didn't hear anything from USICS after NOA and it's been over 45 days since you last heard from USCIS and you are going out of country and need the biometric taken. Most of the centers do have facility do the biometrics.

If in case you get your biometric letter before infopass, cancel your infopass and do an early biometric to get done with it.

thank you for the fast reply. i appreciate it a lot... so i called again just as soon as i made this thread, and i finally got to talk to a live operator (thank God)... after punching a lot of numbers to choose from i chose the number where it says "if you lost your receipt no # blah blah press #3" knowing my number doesnt show up in their system so i just pretended i lost and it finally led me to a live operator ... but anyways the lady who access my file said i already have an appointment for the biometrics but due to privacy and security she wont tell me when :wacko: and that i have to wait for my bio app in the mail (which she said its gona be here any day now)... and that if i still havent got it by wednesday next week i should call them again... in a way that makes me feel better but i honestly believe that my bio app date will suppose to be the first week of june (2nd week max)... so hoping i'll get it... thank you for the time reading my desperation thread :blush:

i wanted to do that! thanks for reminding me coz my dad-in-law is in the hospital in denver right now, so we thought we might as well try to do an early biometrics when we go visit him. coz its an hr dr going to denver and we will try to manage and save our time! thank you again! big help!
