Thanks for responding. That's what I will do then. We're moving to a new house for good..we're just waiting for the appraisal (and inspection) to be finished and we're targetting on closing around June 19.

I didn't realize it could take more than a year to get the ten-year greencard. Thanks for the heads-up. I do hope the NOA1 wouldn't take too long to arrive.

I'll try to fill in my timeline before the week ends. When I filed my AOS (almost) a couple of years ago, it was a nightmare coz I had to move. You can do everything by the book and you'll still find yourself not receiving mails, etc.

I actually did another boo-boo after that. So just a background---I got here Aug 2006, moved on Jan 2007, informed USCIS about it (I also had a case pending), missed some notifications etc, but still got everything settled.

Aug 2007 got my AOS approved, smooth sailing til then. Moved again on Jan 2008--FORGOT TO FILE FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND (SPONSOR)...remembered only on Jan 2009...filed it then....I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS BOO-BOO HAS CONSEQUENCES What do you think?

I know it seems like we moved a lot...but we were renting and upgrading to a better apartment each time.

Nways, now it's time for one more move and one more dealing with the USCIS...whew! Hope everything will be ok.

And another question btw-- do you know how much it costs now to file for I751? The USCIS site says...400+ something and in parentheses "80 for biometrics". Do I pay all those using one check? Gosh it's been so long since I dealt with the USCIS I've forgotten these things.

Oh! oh! I forgot to mention! I'm pregnant too! Two months Should I include pixes of my ultrasound in my application?

Yes you can send one check or money order of $545.00 and make it to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Don't worry about the not notifying the address change, they wont deport or penalize you for that but not doing so is bad.

So follow what i said in my post earlier for address and send it along I-751 and you will be fine.

Start collecting documents, there are bunch of them (read my above for the link of documents for I-751)
