I think it's a good law. I don't think most of us should ever have to worry. It will just give some teeth to the people who run a site like VJ, to go after the dweebs who set up fake accounts and come in here to troll.

Why would that be a bad thing?

I guess my problem with this website is that the women posters are anonymous usually and they will post items such as complete name, address, date of birth etc of the guy they are slandering.

On the flip-side though--the guy can post a response.

I guess I would like to see the people posting the slander have their identity known too.
