We really don't know what the approval rate is. The only time we hear about this is here on VJ, and it's probably only a VERY small fraction of people that apply. There is a previous thread from someone who was recently approved, the first on VJ that I've heard of. Now, his wife still has to go to an interview, so we'll hopefully hear more of if the visa will be issued. That might be another story, I don't know. There are lots of people who don't have AWA issues that get approved and then don't get issued a visa at the interview stage.

There are a few threads here as well with others that have submitted their petitions in this thread, but the one I linked to, is the only one that has ever came back to tell us what happened.
