Hello Fellow Members,

Am preparing my documents for the removal of my condition. Can any body suggest how many pictures as evidence of marriage should i submit to the USCIS?

I read that pictures submitted already during the AOS should not be submitted again. Do i need to submit pictures to cover the whole 2 years period? How many pics are suggested?

Thanks in advance for your responce.

A half-dozen taken at different times and in different settings, in the last two years, will be sufficient. If they are digital photos, simply print them out on a single sheet of plain paper, if you are concerned about cost. USCIS doesn't need glossies.

We're sending in our ROC application in about a month. We'll send in 10 photos. I think 5-10 photos are enough.

Hi happywifeymom,

The number of photos doesn't matter that much, what matter is that they should over the period of 2 years for different occasion. If you have family and friends in them that would be great. IMHO photos are great proof for a bonafide marriage as people show a lot of thing from their faces.

So may be 10-20 over the period of 2 years is good and if you have digital ones you can print 2 on one to save cost.

Good Luck.
