When I was younger and had terrible hand writing, I had to write "the sly brown fox jumped quickly over the lazy dog." about 100x a day to get my handwriting in shape. Plus, it is also what we had to practice typing to learn to type faster on the keyboard. ( I guess I really should thank my mom for making me do that when I was a kid, since its how I communicated for 3 yrs with my hubby!)
