I'm not a MENA woman - but I'm going to marry one.bb

Yes- I am going to run a water line to the toilet, just like they have in Turkey. Actually - it's pretty simple to hook up.

every little thing to make her happy being here.

I built my own , and you can too. Go to a plumbing supply store, and ask them to show you how to put a hose with a sprayer attatched to your toilet and to sell you the parts. It cost me under 25 $ and it works real good. It really is just a sprayer like the kind you would have on your kitchen sink.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Hey it's all good. Our bathroom upstairs, we just have a water planter thingy (been lazy to install the sprayer) but the main bathroom has the sprayer!! Really nice to have. Keeps ya so fresh and so clean :P

dear Cleanliness "down there" is so so important . it is an important part for praying as well.

Go and purchase a long hose attachment from the shower, that is what I did.

Or You can purchase a toilet like they have in the middle east with the sprayer.

Its called a "Bidet" ...pronounced "Bu-day" they are rather costly here.

They are used for cleansing genitalia, inner buttocks, and #######. Don't be embarrassed!!

we are all human!!

Very easy to install. We do not use a hose as its just so messy. You can install something like the links below and they are worth the money. It's not just the middle east were people use them. They are popular all over the world. We have them in all our bathrooms. No need for a spray hose, water all over, or a bucket/flower can.

I have a Chloe Washlet (Bidet Seat) by Toto..... http://www.plumbingstore.com/totozoe.html I bought it about 3 or 4 years ago and I'll never be without one again...

Heated Seat

Heated Water

Front and Back Spray Patterns

Control heat, Control water pressure... energy saving setting...

You can upgrade to one with a blow dryer! There's ones with soap dispenser, and even a spritz of cologne! But I didn't splurge on that...

My Mom always makes a bee line to my bathroom when she comes over.. she LOVES it! H was pretty darn impressed too when he got here... No more sink sprayers, or nasty pipes that stick up in the toilet... and that warm seat is AWESOME on a cold winter night...

I'm sure I've saved more $ in reduced toilet paper costs than the Toto cost!!! Plus I can't imagine the dry rot I'd be dealing with if he had a way to get even MORE water on the floor!!! It's bad enough already! I keep telling him that ablutions are symbolic cleansing rituals, not daily BAPTISM!
