I don't mind people using the occasional swear word..

I have issues with people who swear every other word and you can't figure out what they are saying

When someone is using curse words as adjectives and adverbs instead of as expletives, then yes, that probably is a sign of a more limited vocabulary and is generally annoying.

I remember as kid going on trips with my dad in his truck and hearing the truckers talk over the CB radio.. it just sounded like all swearing to me...
