Link if these doesn't work

What's the trick to showing youtube videos directly in the post, did click on Insert Special Item, and thought I followed the instructions. Maybe I should get help from my eight month old granddaughter.

Try again.

...notice the deafening silence of the Right Wing Pro-torture Brigade.

They're only silent because the weak argument of an obviously weak commie isn't worth their time.

...he is soft spoken...probably wears pinko underwear.

Intentionally didn't add any comments to this youtube thingy, just found it extremely interesting how two people can have totally opposite views and consequences on the same exact subject. But we are exposed to so much of this today. Obviously, one is lying, the other is telling the truth, both are telling the truth, or both are lying. Can dig deeper to learn exactly what their motives are for making such statements.

I do know for a fact that if Iraqi soldiers came here, no matter how good their intentions, would be shooting back and joining groups of rebels for a more powerful defense. But sincerely doubt if I would become a suicide bomber, little or no future in that.

You used a good line.....What are the motives?........for 2 different views.

Here is what I see. My opinion.

The former administration did what they thought would keep the country safe. They took an oath when they were handed the keys to the White House. They followed thru with their pledge to keep this country safe. Period. They had no choice. The number one reason for the Federal goverment is National Security and maintaining an infrastructure ( law, courts, roads, ECT) for the citizens.

The other side. The rebuttals. I see nothing but hate for the previous administration. I feel this is their shallow motive. I think it is sad. Its like a disease. I dont get it.

The argument on the safety of this country will be Obamas down fall. The issues on National Security will be his doom. They say we cant do this or dont need that. What happens when an attack levels a city block in some large city. They wont be able to blame it on no one but themselves. It will be interesting especially if it happenes because of policies of the past that have been undone. I see impeachment.

I think the whole terrorism thing is overblown. By Cheney's logic (and that of the Bush administration) that the government was able to keep the country safe from attack for 7 years was an endorsement of their policies.

But if you follow that reasoning - it seems that Obama is doing a bang up job too as far as national security goes (as had all the other presidents in decades past when there were no instances of terrorism).

The whole thing is a fallacy, and Cheney wittering on about how much good he and George have done for the country sounds like masturbatory wishful thinking.

Cheney will be doing the country a favor when he eventually keels off the perch and takes his dirt nap.
