Today I got the green card in the mail :D

i am ashmaed to admit that i stalked the mailman today lol...he usually delivers our mail at around noon...i had to wait till 2pm today ...needless to say he did have my green card with him so it's allgood:) :thumbs: my letter came from Lee's Summit,MO tho...not from Corbin...hm. anyways...won't have to deal with USCIS anymore until Nov of this year when we move....I hope the address change will not be a big deal.

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

Woohoooo!!!! I got my card in the mail today!!! :dance::dance::dance: Thanks God, what a relief! By the way, it was ordered in production on 15 June and I never got "Approval notice sent" message... So, everybody who is still waiting, cheer up - yours are on the way! :star:

03/12/2007 - Married to my beautiful wife

04/16/2007 - Sent I-130 to VSC via USPS Express Mail

05/12/2007 - NOA1 received by snail mail after a loooong wait

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

10/22/2007 - I129F APPROVED (161 days), I130 APPROVED (188 days)

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

01/23/2008 - never got packet 4, emailed embassy

04/11/2008 - picked up packet 4, did medical

04/14/2008 - medical report pickup, no problems

04/16/2008 - interview date- APPROVED!!!!!

04/18/2008 - both of us are home at last, POE JFK!

Well, USCIS is full of surprises... As I said, my second CPO was on June 15th, and yesterday I got my card in the mail without any "Approval notice sent" prior to it... Guess what? Today I got an e-mail from USCIS saying that they sent approval notice today, June 23d! :blink: I wonder what they sent - another green card? :lol:

card production ordered last 06/23/2009, another card production ordered last 06/24/2009, i wonder if i am gonna be receiving my GC shortly because USCIS said that there is gonna be an 8-week delay, hmmmm... but anyway, im happy because its approved finally, and it was fast, i filed last march 18, :)

My 1st card production was May 27,2009.Second card production June 11,2009.Then Approval Notice Sent on June 16 ( email from USCIS ) then June 18,I got my greencard.

I filed AOS March 28,2009.

So the process took 2 months from filing date to approval and 3weeks -> ( for greencard waiting)

N-400 Naturalization

04/25/2012 - sent N-400 package to USCIS Dallas

04/28/2012 - package delivered at USCIS Dallas

I-751 Removal of Condition

03/22/2011 - sent I-751 package to USCIS Vermont via USPS Priority+Certified mail with Return receipt

03/24/2011 - package delivered at VSC according to USPS tracking

03/25/2011 - package received by Center Director according to Return receipt

04/04/2011 - NOA received - dated 03/25/2011

04/11/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice received -notice date 04/08/2011
