By i-migrate in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

Like a notification: Applicant be aware your card has shipped? I don't think so.

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

Does one usually get an "Approval Notice Sent" email, once the card is really printed and shipped to the petitioner?

In my case it did, my GC arrived about 5 days after I recieved Approval Letter LUD

10/31/08 - K1 medical In London

11/25/08 - K1 interview - RFE for co sponsor

12/23/08 - K1 visa in passport

03/31/09 - NOA1 on I-485, I131, I765

04/02/09 - Biometric Appointment for 05/04/09

04/13/09 - LUD I-485 - Transfer to CSC

04/23/09 - I-485, I765 Biometrics

05/15/09 - EAD and AP recieved!

05/22/09 - GC Welcome Letter Reciceved

06/08/09 - Green Card recieved

I-751 ROC Timeline

05/02/2011 Package sent to VSC

05/09/2011 NOA1

06/17/2011 Biometric Appointment

01/30/2012 NOA2 Approved

02/13/2012 Green Card Recieved

I asked the same thing before. Most people get the approval e-mail, but there are cases when they do not, and they still receive their GCs. CRIS is not something extremely reliable.

I just got another CRIS e-mail, and my card was MAILED TODAY! :dance:

Once I get it, oh....what a celebration that gonna be.

Let's just hope they sent it to the right address since I had to move and filed AR11, and then called misinformation service. Even if it reaches the old address, I am sure my mother in law will not keep it. :P So yes guys, the second CPO is the real thing.

um you're replying to a post from May 27th we have LOONG since been in the know about this one. thanks tho! I've been waiting for my card for 6 weeks so it'll come soon.

you did not get a second one for June 12? I really don't understand how all this works because it seems like a good number of people got that second cpo e-mail but others did not, most of us have the same/similar timeline....what a puzzle

I think Marikiya dhr did receive the second cpo email. I think she is referring to the email that LA80 recently received about mailing of the card.
