Have to proof to the USCIS you are a LPR for the N-400, several of us including my wife had to send in a copy of her expired green card with the one year extension notice waiting for their ten year card, others a copy of their I-551 stamp or an I-94 due to I-751 delays.

Read on the internet where some people received their USC certificate even before receiving their ten year card. Wife only had her ten year card for seven weeks before she had to turn it back in for her certificate, but would have been four weeks if it wasn't for a USCIS screwup. Ha, with all that stress we went through to get that card, she didn't want to surrender it.

USCIS seems to have a very short memory with biometrics and all that proof they required for the conditional and ten year card, have to start all over again from scratch for the N-400. Think they do that so you are extra happy during your oath ceremony, it works.

Yes - go ahead and file for citizenship - it will force USCIS to deal with both issues. Others have done it before you - not unusual. Good Luck

yes if we can fight in front of IO why not...and saying all the f***.....ok all requirements through marriage of usc we have all ready, example. bill, morgage, etc but the thing is i dont have yet a 10 yrs card which is we filed properly the i751. what the hell!...we dont know what's going on to the immigration we uptodate to look up the case status online still received its says there. the thing is if the immigration review my papers and no GC copy on there but i have extention to my passport and NOA1,NOA2 to my i751 it might reject my application( i wish not)...do you think it shoud be fine

I would include a copy of your expired conditional GC as well as the I751 extension letter. They will not reject your app, if you are eligible to file and have not yet received your 10 year GC. We all know first hand that this whole journey is very stressful. But as I have to remind my fifth generation Texan USC husband, its a privilege - not a right to be here.

You might not have an I-94, its the entry card you fill in when you enter the country on a visa. If an applicant's passport was expired when the person went to get a stamp, USCIS will provide another I-94 with a stamp on it.
