I've noticed lately that there have been a lot of "Approved" and "Card Production Ordered" e-mails and letters for I-751 filers here. And yet, we are all still waiting for our actual cards!

So I've started this message thread for those who would like to keep track and post here, while you all still wait for your 10yr green cards....

-Case approved by snail mail on April 28th (online status for I90 still pending)

-Received another welcome letter on April 30th dated April 24th

-CPO email on May 6th

-No sign of GC

Sorry my mistake, I wouldn't have been approved and 'carded' before I filled. I wish it happened that way.

HERE IS THE REAL "STORY" LINE:

I filled - 08/17/2008, got approved - 04/16/2009, Card Production Ordered - 05/20/2009, and Card received - N/A

Well, technically I can't post on this thread since I have not got the "card production ordered" email yet.

However, I finally called USCIS and spoke to a representative. She was quite nice and promised to send an inquiry about this case. I hope that I will receive the "card production ordered" email soon and GC soon after that.

I just came back from my local office from an infopass appointment. The IO looked in her computer and told me that my card was ordered on May 11th, 2009. But my online status still says the same as before, "received and pending".

hi everybody

i was approved on april 27th with a notice in the mail for my i-751----i called yesterday to see where my card was with a service enquiry about my card--and today i received this email---

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. i was approved on april 27th and my status online said thae case was transferred to csc on march 12th---

i wonder what this means? lets hope im not unapproved now, maybe is houldnt have called them for the enquiry for my card?

And the saga continues.

I contacted the Information line yesterday and the representative said that she was making an inquiry about my case since I have been approved for more than 30 days and have not received my gc yet. However, I received an reply in email this morning FROM VSC!! telling me that my case has been transferred to CSC and if I want to make inquiry, i need to talk to them.

I guess the representative made the inquiry to VSC instead of CSC while telling me that the current status is that the case was transferred to CSC. I am speechless.

Guess will call them again tomorrow morning to make another inquiry.

sometimes it better not calling them---if you call them they can screw your case up even more---i learnt that yesterday by calling them and asking where my card was and now they send me an email that my case is at the localm office for processing---lol

I called the support representative today and they wouldn't file a service request for me and said that I had to file an I-90 form even though we never even received the green card in the mail? They claimed that it was sent out on May 1st when in fact only the I-797 Notice of Action was sent out and they couldn't confirm this. My question is based on the above responses most people that got approved for the past few weeks have not received their greencard yet. Would we have to file for an I-90 or wait longer?

Things are getting really fishy here. Honestly, I would not file I-90 because they will ask you to pay the fee and they will claim the card got lost in the mail. I bet if you call them again, they will give you a different answer. Try calling them after 30 days.

See, I filed I90 and have been waiting for a new card for almost 4 months (May 6th CPO), and there is no way they sent anything, but I expect them to tell me the same thing they told you. If they do that, it is ombudsman and congressman time.
