It has been too long since I posted on this thread. I should be here everyday! Although my husband has finally arrived, I still face battles everyday and I become discouraged. So I am here to pray for all of you still waiting, those struggling, those facing problems that seem to big to overcome and I ask you say a little pray for me too.

Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Pray without ceasing! Our preacher said on Sunday...even though it may seem like you just want to fall off the radar, you know, where the Devil doesn't see you and doesn't attack you...we are in the shadow of the Almighty. There is nothing else in this world that could even come close to loving us the way God does, we are His children and He will protect us. If God is with us, who can be against us? Although the problems seem great and we feel maybe no one cares, God is there always with us and these trials just mold us and make us liken unto His image...to bring us closer to Him.

There isn't an actual music video for this, there is a youtube video with the song & some pics to it. This song is called Only A Man by Jonny Lang (he is an awesome blues artist that has made a Christian album). Listen to it. This song touched me deeply and everytime I hear it, it makes me want to cry because this is the mindset we should always have....enjoy.

Yes, I have loved Jonny's music since Lie to Me came out. I saw him at the House of Blues in South Carolina not long after he broke into main stream. He is an awesome performer and has now dedicated his life to God.

Thank you for this thread and thank the Lord for His love and wisdom. I have been falling into the trap of negativity and doubt lately and it is now that I most need to step back and trust God. I have never had such fear and doubt as I do right now and finding this thread has helped me remember that if I cannot change or affect something, I should not let it change or affect me. Our Lord is who is ultimately in control and we must trust His wisdom. Thanks again so much for this fellowship. Please be praying for my Fiancee, her interview is very soon and we could both use some support. I will keep you all in my prayers as well.

I have prayed for you in the name of our Lord Jesus. Remember that G-d did not give us a spirit of fear, but of a sound mind. G-d is sovereign over all circumstances and people. His promise is that He causes ALL things to work for the GOOD of those who love Him and also for the good of His glory. May you be surrounded with his divine peace.
