May 26) -- A 62-year-old man in Melvindale, Mich., died on Memorial Day after a fight with his 42-year-old daughter over food, according to local media reports.

When police arrived at the home, the found the man alive, but he was later pronounced dead at a hospital in Dearborn, The Detroit News reported.

Fatal Food Dispute: A 62-year-old man was stabbed to death Monday at his Melvindale, Mich., home during an argument with his daughter over dinner rolls, police said. The daughter, 42, was arrested as a suspect in the death.

Police believe the man was attacked after an argument with his daughter over some dinner rolls. The man had been stabbed, according to WDIV-TV, which has a video report from the scene. A gun was also involved in the argument, police said.

Police found the daughter hiding in woods behind the home. She was arrested and is considered a suspect, police said.

Some neighbors told WDIV that they had seen the daughter behaving erratically in the past, though they hadn't noticed any prior conflicts between her and her father.

June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

I actually saw this after it happened. I was on my way down 0uter Drive ( which is where the house is located ) and I saw the News truck there from channel 4 and channel 7. 0n my way back like 5 hours later, the news trucks were still there. It isn't a woods behind the house, just some trees and brush that grow along side of the creek there. That house is minutes away from mine.

Since I don't watch television, I never bothered to watch and see why the News was there. Just yesterday I was in the grocery store and overheard some women talking about what happened .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
