What are your must have kitchen tools/gadgets?

Wooden spatula, cutting board, knives, peeler, tong, wok, pressure cooker, pan, rolling pin, casserole dish, whisk, grater, blender and my husband to cut thinly sliced potatoes I am bad in cutting veggies, and potato is the only veggie which needs precision, so he does it for me.

Buy a cheapy plastic mandoline for slicing stuff really thin. They're like $10 and stay sharp for a long time.

Thanks, I didn't even know something like this exist. I was eying on buying German V-slicer, but its kind of expensive when all I need a slicer is for potatoes. Thanks again......off to amazon
