My situation is similar. I was approved on May 5, got the letter a week later and now my online status says my petition was received on May 15 and is pending. WTH? Why o why do I even bother checking?! As the Immigration Specialist at my Congresswoman's office said, '...there is no rhyme nor reason as to why things are done the way they are at the USCIS....' I have yet to get an email about card production being ordered. There is definitely something screwy going on with the GC cards right now.

The way USCIS works makes absolutely no sense.Hang in there you cant be unapproved.I believe it was simply an error.I hope you get your card soon.

Dont look at your case status too much because if you do,it will drive you crazy.I have no idea whats going on with USCIS.Wait until June 05th if you dont hear anything sooner them enquire about your case dont let USCIS be any lazier than usual with your fuure.

i wonder how long before we recieve our cards---i know there is a 8 week delay, worse case scenario i hope------but wouldnt it be nice if they finished the upgrade of their systems in the next few days---that would be awesome wouldnt it---i mean how long can it take to fix or upgrade a computer system---2 weeks maybe 3??

wouldnt it be nice if the cards staring rolling out in the next week or so---cause im sure if the system is done upgrading they will come thick and fast

lets hope
