G-325A who signs the bottom?

On the page that has her information does she sign as the applicant, or do I sign as the applicant for her Visa?

As the USC you are NOT the applicant for her visa...

What visa are petitioniong for? Your profile says K-1 Fiancee visa but you posted this in IR-1 Spuse visa forum. Spouses and Fiance(e)'s are different and so is the process of petitioning for the correct visa

For K1 you both fill out separate G-325A forms (4 copies each a total of 8). For your set of 4 you sign at the bottom. For her 4, she signs.

G-325 is a biographic page with info about the beneficiary (foreigner). :)

He/she signs it on the bottom in all 4 copies :thumbs:
