Hi,

its been 1 year now since i interviewd in the Embassy here in jordan and they put me on administrative processing and after one year the embassy sent an email saying that case is returned to the uscis ( us. citz and immg serv.) where the petition was originally filed. They provided no explanation as to why. Here's the email we received:

"Your case will be returned to the USCIS office in which y ou originally filed the petition in the US. You will be contacted by that office. You are advised to submit any additional information directly to USCIS at that time. No further action can be taken on this case by our office.

Thank you for understanding that your next point of contact will be the USCIS office in which you originally filed the petition."

so please guys anyone have an answer or been through this before please help.

P.s my case started in 2006 and i was interviewd in 2008 apr29th

Perhaps they are sending it back to the USCIS for more in depth processing?

That isn't an outright denial email you have.

I suppose you will have to wait till it gets back to the USCIS and see what they say. If it takes more than a month, I would be making some calls to them.
