First of all i just want to thank all the great people here at this site. For my past questions and my questions to come. Today im trying to find out if i need this G-325a form because i didnt see it on the uscis site or i have overlooked it somewhere. So if i have overlooked it could someone please help me with this ? Its to my understanding that i need to fill out this form for my fiance and myself. Is this right ? A total of four of the same pages ?? For the two of us. I will be filing in june and if i need this will this site update this form next month ?? Once again thank you and god bless

[/font] g325a forms are completely filled by the US Citizen (the petitioner) and by the Foreign Fiancee(I129F applicant). Yes you are correct... you fill out your g325a in quadruplet and your fiancee, she has to fill quadruplet of the same. Not certain about the update but I suppose the uscis site is the best we all could link with in terms of latest forms required

Yes, you probably overlooked it. It is clearly indicated in the instructions for the I-129F, page 3, step 6.

Read the instructions carefully, and then use the guides on this site for assistance with each step.

Absolutely. The G-325a is a four part form. The "official" form is four part carbonless. You can download one, if you do, fill it in and make 3 copies (+1 you print makes four) Sign them. When they get to USCIS they get sent off to different agencies/departments.

make an extra ONE copy for your files.

All four pages have to have original signatures so scanning/faxing a signed form won't work.
