Hi all Vj'rs,

Just have a question regarding DS-3032...

My husband just called NVC and found out that the DS-3032 was already mailed out to me on the 21th.

Guys, how long does it usually takes to receive the D-3032?

Can anyone tell us what the return instructions state, mailing address and the fees?

Any input would be highly appreciated...

Thank you!

Firstly, there are no charges for the DS3032. Secondly, I would say, in order for you to save time, you can always nominate a choice of agent and just email it to NVC if the form has been generated. This would save you a great deal of time. Secondly if you choose to mail it, then you can do so as well, however it would just take you lots of time. Following is a format you can use to email them:

NVC Case Number: ABC0000000000

CIS Case Number: ABC000000000

Petitioners Name: Last name, first name Middle initial

Petitioners DOB: January 1, 2000

Beneficiary's Name: Jack, Jacob J.

Beneficiary's DOB: January 1, 2000
