It goes to show that the very people who have repeatedly described themselves as moderates in thread after thread cannot relate to us what they stand for as a moderate, but, instead, attack me for asking. If you don't know what you believe in, just admit it coz it's pretty damn obvious to the rest of us that you don't know.

Sure does. If you want to set yourself apart from the less self-aware, you can explain your personal view of moderation. So far, we haven't gleaned much more than the conclusions stated earlier. This should be easy with all the proclamations of "I'm a moderate" floating around.

Wait a minute - I thought *you* were the person who said that you didn't care to "debate" because VJ O/T is not the place for that and the only participation that is called for is that of the lowest common denominator (where a person is not obligated to say anything at all, or if they do - is not obligated to provide any justification or otherwise back up any statements they choose to make).

Surely you should understand better than anyone here that if a person chooses not to play the game according to a set of arbitrary rules, it has nothing to do with whether or not they can. Neither does (or should) the withholding of person's an opinion denote the lack of an opinion held by that person.

A fair summary of your words. What you seem to be saying now is that the rules you apply to yourself do not apply to anyone else.
