What do we need to do for the packet 3?

Hi Guys!

We got N0A2 (dated May 14, but we received it on May 21st). My fiancee' is the Caribbean at least to the end of July. Do we have an expiration date to send back the packet 3? What forms are in this packet and can we download everything from a website so we can start to work on them (from the Caribbean or any other place).

Also, if we wait until 4 months from now (this is the 25th) to send the packet 3, can the Embassy refuse to grant my fiancee' an interview?

P.S. Thanks so much for the emails we have gotten in the past several days. We have read a lot of responses on this site and there are some very nice people here!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
