All of this information is in the GUIDES.

Most Consulates will accept a co-sponsor if you do not meet the minimum requirements. It's important to note that the I-134 is not an enforceable document and each Consulate views it differently. Yes, you sign and agree but they use the information soley to help the Embassy prove that your fiance will not become a public charge once in the US.

no money, no honey

you need to find a way...

The beekeeper speaks the truth!

See if you can line up a co-sponsor. Also be sure when you are calculating...

Use GROSS income. State annual income as it is now, today, the day you fill out the I-134. NOT the last 12 months. If you got a new job last month, use the "current annual income" from that job, not what you will make for the rest of 2009. Last year's tax return is not as important as current income, especially if you were a student or laid off part of the year.
