i change my address already online which is ar11 and call customer service to verify and they told me im ok now.. any help for this.... and i dont know if this one requirement aside from ar11 which i'm done...i am filing late the form which is I865 sponsor notice of change of address in the part I section its says effective date of change of address. my question which DATE i can put there it will be present date that i am going to file today or date since we got here in my new address. anyways just confused...

any idea's thanks a lot

"effective date" is the date when your new address became valid.

So, go ahead and put in the date now. (todays) You have 30 days after moving for this form. If it's more, don't worry about it to much, as long as you have it done, you should be ok.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

but the think is over 30 days now we moved middle of last year and we almost a year now for our new address i wonder if they still take it my I865. since i changed online and call.

Yes - they will take the change. You are required to do it anyway - so do it asap :)
