Im little confessed, last week I received an email from CRIS saying that my I 130 was approved and that on May 19, 2009, they mailed me a notice that they have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. However, the only thing I received in the mail was my I 129F NOA 1. Can anyone help me with this confession?

Congratualation:

You should be getting your NOA2 for your CR1, as well as a packet from the NVC. But don't be to surprise if the USCIS doesn't mail you your NOA2 for your CR1. I never received mines, infact I did not know that I was approved until I received a packet from the NVC with the Choice of Agent, and AOS documents. Since today is a holiday I would be looking for something in the mail this week. If you don't get anything call by Friday I would call the NVC.

I pray the rest of the process goes smooth for you.
