I need to submit additional info on a CR1 visa before its approved with the CSC but the address I have is PO Box 30111 there is another address that is

California Service Center

24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312

Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

But that address is for 129F not a CR1 I would like to send it fed ex but they don't deliver to a PO Box

If they have requested additional information the you need to send it to the address that is on the RFE letter.

If you have not received a RFE then dont send anything as it will never get to your case file.

If you are sending anything it is cheaper to send it by USPS Express Service, it gets delivered next day before noon.
