I 134 Question

hey people my question is quick on the i134 when including assets that you have, (personal property) in my case two cars, i know the suggested retail value for both, roughly 12,000 dollars my question is to i send a print out from kelly blue book which is were i got the information from or do i just send them the paper work i have to prove i own the cars? thanks in advance

For the asset calculation you cannot use your daily driver. I guess the assumption is that you can't really get along well without at least one car. So if you own 2, you can count 1, 3 count 2, etc.

Here's what the I-864 instructions say: The owner of the asset must include a description of the asset, proof of ownership, and the basis for the owner's claim of its net cash value KBB would seem to be a good value estimate.

and i really dont need it i made 20,000 in 2008 i just want to put that asset down to make it a little better in the eyes of the consulate i rather have more for them to see you get me
