Hello all my name is scott I am currently waiting for the approval of my I-129f petiotion. I sent it in in march 23 2009 and i got the reciept for my check on march 30 2009. I still have gotton nothing about an approval yet and its been 2 months, no RFE or anything???? I look online and i am seeing other couples that have already been approvaved and they sent in their petiotion after me......what gives????

Some will be approved faster than you, some will be approved slower than you. You do not want an RFE, so at this point, no news is good news, or at least not bad news.

We got our NOA1 in March 23 and still waiting for NOA2. Only 2 months passed, and there is a month or two ahead (if we are lucky)

Please, , that way we will all have the better estimated time line.
