Hi anniee&tee,

Congrats on your approval.

Thanks. Another thing is that, when the initial rep xfered me to the 2nd person, she asked for my receipt# which I provided her ( receipt# on biometrics appointment), she placed me on hold and then she came back on phone and verified my name, dob and then she gave me a number ( which is receipt# on the notice of action that indicates ones application has been received/ also known as extention letter). She said nothing has been mailed yet, she verified the addresses on my application. She said you were approved. I asked when, she said on june 8th. I asked her " u said my case was approved" , she said yes, u don't believe me? I am telling u the truth, congratulations, u were approved on the 8th of june. my question is does anyone have 2 receipt #s, that's one on extention letter which is different from the one on biometrics appt. Reason why I said this is that when I changed my address and put in reciept number from bio. Appt , it said record not found, but when I did use receipt number from extenstion letter it didn't show that " record not found ". Reason I am asking is that the io who informed me of my approval, said the receipt number on extension is the actual receipt number which is what should be used for any inquiries or address change. Check ur extention letter receipt# and bio. Appt. Receipt #. When I use the receipt # on extention over the phone (mis. Info line) , it says not found but when I use that same number for address change, it accepted it and rejected the bio.. appt receipt # which the mis. Info line accepts. Anyone has/ had this issue?

Hi folks,

I filed my I-751(based on extreme cruelty and hardship because I was not divorced at the time of filing in April 08...then I got divorced in December,08 and I withdrew the previous petition and then Filed for the new one with Divorce and good faith marriage in the last week of January,09 to VSC. We all have to wait which is not fair. Please include what type of waiver you filed. Thanks and God bless us all.

Hi Scorpionking,

This month would be my schedule to file I-751 but my husband walked away and not willing to provide any kind of documents to file jointly. We are both serving in

US Army outside States.Since, my husband is not cooperating of anything I was thinking to file a waiver base on extreme cruetly and hardship. My question, what documents do I need to submit? The documents that on my hand are company benefits with his name on beneficiary, LOA, two people affidavits and my company contract. Do you thing these documents are enough? and what is the best explanation to write for the extreme cruetly and hardship? Thanks in advance.
