you can send a check or pay online. Call NVC to get your case number and your invoice number

Just got the notice that I am to pay the $70 fee online. How? Won't be able to get to my house for more then a week. Any suggestions???

I assume this means my I-130 was recieved by NVC???

Yes ...it means that NVC has started ur case processing.....Did u get that notice in mail or email...You should have gotten a DS-3032 for choice of agent as well with this fee bill.But if u have an attorny u wil only get the fee bill.See the below link and go to Fee collection,u will need u NVC case number and IIN and it should be on the notice.

Jul 24,09 Pending,you can call every day for update but the day they call him for passport it means something is up so you get to know it before we do

Aug 06,09 Call from USEM requesting to submit passport

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

you're going to receive your AOS Bill Fee (u can check my photos on my page so that you can see the sample) then thats the time that u can pay ur bill of $70 BUT if u want to pay it right now - its ok also..

06-27-2014 RFE for I864 and I864A (i left the Place of residence blank, 26 days from the date they received the AOS)

Ok, just picked up a packet from my house today. It is the Affadavit of Supporrt (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice. It has a case #SNJ########## and an Invoice I.D. Number ######## It is asking for my $70.00. In the packet is also a Choice of Agent form which I have to send to Costa Rica for my wife to sign.

I guess I can go ahead and pay the fee now and fax her the form tomorrow or the next day.

Sound right?

Actually ur wife can download this form here in visa journey but if you want to fax it its ok... It would be better to email it and to mail it. it might take a week or to for them to email you back.
