I have a question, I am about to apply for a fiance visa, and on the forms on the official uscis.gov website it says on the forms that one expires on 05/31/2009 (the G-325A form) and the other (I-129F) on 01/31/2010. I'm not worried about the second form but what does that mean that the G-325A expires on that date, do I have to wait until they post a new form or can I send in this one? Sorry that the question might sound silly, but I'm trying to not overlook anything. Thank you for the help!

It's best to call USCIS. I would rather consult them first to be 100% sure. 1800 375 5283. Good luck!!

What ever forms are on the USCIS official website are good to use even if they show they are expired.

No problem. Use that form. If it is still available it is accepted. You will see that for most forms, including the G-325a, the notation "previous editions accepted" applies.

Oh, heavens no. We don't call it the misinformation line for nothing. The currently available G325a is the most current and perfectly acceptable. If you drop by a USCIS office, they'll hand you an even older version that is carbonless quadruplicate. No worries on this one.
