do we need to file I129F>? hubby filled petition when he was LPR Oct 2005. he only got HIs receipt..nothin follow.. the he became USC last march 09,,upgraded his petition... RFE sent from USCIS for G325a..it has been 2 months NO reply,,no changes,,no notice,,No approval!!!! tired of waiting..long wait!!! lot of depression!!! im sorry from being makulit!!!paranod!!! do we need to file I129F??? please help

Are you saying that you are in the Philippines and your husband is trying to bring you over here?

yup...we sent the RfE..they ask RFE when he was LPR and that time was his oath taking so he sent back with his naturalization cert. its been 2 months dont have any reply from USCIS.

im still here in the phils. my husband is in Ca. USA and he is now USC...(just to accelerate the case processing)

im tired of waiting and i dont know what to do!!

sorry, I don't know the timeline with this situation. perhaps you could post in the IR/CR Spouse Visa Process Forum. maybe someone has had a similar situation.

USCIS processing time for LPR..

i pray to our dear Lord Jesus Christ that he will touch our case with Hi speed processing. i know that God has a reason why im still here. Maybe God allow me first to be with my relatives and family here... God give us more wisdom to understand Your WILL for us...teach us to set aside our OWN will..let Your presence be with us while waiting our approval for each case...guide us oh Lord in every journey..and for all those who already grant their visa...and soon will be in their loveones...still bless them and continue guide them...to You alone my dear God and Our HOPE is in Your Name....

for all my fellow Vj... Let praise our God for His Wonderful surprise that waiting for us...One day soon His Blessing will at our DOOR...trust Him..let us patiently wait for his GIFT.... and once again Dont forget to Praise Him when we are FULL...
