Does anyone have any information about completing the forms on line and then printing them out?

The G-325A is a PDF file that you can complete on line and then print out to send.

When you are completing lines that take more space than given, a drop down arrow appears to show that there is more information on that line.

The problem is that when you print the completed form the lines that have the arrow – print the arrow- and not the additional information.

Can you use the space below the line if there is room/ Or – what do you do to get the for m completed properly??

Thank you.

Karen

For fields that you can not fit your response (as you described above) you have two options:

  • Complete all other fields by typing them, print the nearly completed form and hand-write your response so it fits, or
  • Abbreviate your response and attach a separate sheet (addendum) to continue your response to certain questions/fields that require more room.

For the lines that we couldn't fit all of our information, we left it blank and hand wrote it VERY neatly in with a black pen. That was acceptable to the USCIS.

Good luck! :)
