I was banned for being racist. I posted a picture of a box being held up by a stick and under the box was a watermelon (google image search watermelon and Obama and you'll find it somewhere I'm sure). Anyhow, I started a thread saying the secret service was very concerned about the danger of Obama being lured into these types of traps. I thought it was a funny thread and wanted to stir up a little controversy and see the comments I'd get but was banned almost instantly. Then I wrote the moderator and apparently he didn't like the message I sent him so he extended my suspension an extra few days.

I thought you might react that way. Did you see the 'whistle' intended to signal humor? Perhaps not.

Since you took it literally (that's the 'unsure' emot, since I still can't tell if you're serious here or not..) I retract my remark. It was intended in jest.

I actually was called 'racist' on a post just last night. For real. I reported it, the post was removed, the person is not suspended or banned. Which is as it should be.

I've never been banned or suspended and I don't think I have ever been warned, but I've been here nearly 5 years, so I could have forgotten.

i got suspended because of some people who made a big deal out of a very reasonable poll.

the poll was supposed to be visited and voted and getting off

but people were hitting and making mockery of me and insulting my religion.

i was trying to get back at them

i still think i shouldnt have been banned because it wasnt me who started the fight.

and guess what the people who were fighting with me(some of them) have confessed they were banned in the past.

so, its in my favour they had a history of voilating the rules of vj.

Never been banned/suspended/warned. I usually don't fight, I am sissy that way. Sometimes people do get on my nerve......oh well.
