i got my noa1 on 19 march for my petition for fiance 129f

i have not get any thing from immigration yet

anybody knows how the processing time till i get my noa2

i have been waited from 19 march untill now

as i was told that i should have a new receipt number for my pitition ....is that right???

I could take a few months before you get your NOA2...until your case 6 months at USCIS, there's nothing you can do except wait. If you fill in your timelines, you will get an estimate of when your should be adjucated (NOA2). Don't forget, it's only an estimate. You can also look at the USCIS website, create a profile, add your case number to it and everytime USCIS updates or touches your case, you will receive an email notification.

Processing time between NOA1 to NOA2 is from 3 months to 6 months before u can do some thing about it, I have filed in the past that after i got a NOA1 i didn't even get NOA2, and skip to have a letter stated that my ex fiance was schedule for an interview within 10 days, so it is very hard to say, is like buying a lotto ticket, if u r lucky yr paper work complete sooner if not will be delay to it max. time. I have been waiting for NOA2 for 4 months by now, and i am still waiting, wish u best o luck and enoy the journey of the paper work ,
