Just getting ready to file the I-751 for my stepson, who was granted conditional residence more than 90 days after my wife, so we have to file separately.

My wife's I-751 was approved smoothly last year (no interview).

I am a bit confused on Part 4: Information about the spouse or parent through who you gained your conditional residence.

Whose name should go here, mine (as it was on my wife's I-751) or my wife's?

Seems like it should be me, as the US citizen and the original petitioner on the I-130 petition for my stepson. But then my wife's name and A number would not be on the I-751 anywhere? (though I will include her name and A number in the cover letter).

And who should sign Part 6, my wife as my minor stepson's parent, and me?
