Is St Luke's Hospital doing medical exams all five days of the week? My fiance wants to go there June 17, 18, and 19th which is wednesday, thursday, and friday. We just want to make sure they are doing the medical exams those days. She will need 3 passport pics, her passport, black ball point pen, the money to pay exam and shots in pesos, original copy of NOA2 and what else? Does she need birth certificate or a second form of ID? Am I missing anything? Thanks

They never send her an interview appointment letter, but only that we could set an appointment. We have NOT set an appointment yet, because she was getting dental work finished and wanted to get prepared at home for going to do the exam. It was my understanding that she could still do the exam without actually having a interview date set, as long as she can show the NOA2 from USCIS, along with all the other things she needs to take such as passport, etc.. Is this not correct? Please someone tell me if she must first have a interview date in place. I am assuming she needs to take the original NOA2 with her to the exam? Do they keep her passport, or return it to her? She will need it to return to Manila for her interview. I didn't think that was necessary....

I never got the mailed notice for the NOAH 2 because I'm staying with her here in the Philippines, but the woman at the Embassy who set our interview date said to just bring the notice she emailed to me for the interview.

They will keep her Passport. St. Luke's mails the results of the medical exam and her Passport to the Embassy for the interview. I was told to have her medical exam at least one week and preferably two weeks before the interview date; since, they will not approve the Visa if they didnt already receive the results of the medical from St. Lukes

She will no longer need this passport then right? She will need to make several trips from Cebu to manila, but she won't need her passport after the hospital takes it. Am i missing anything else she needs to bring for the exam???

Hi,

No she wont need her passport anymore after the hospital takes it.

No need for Birth Certificate. Just advise her to remember the first day of her period coz they will ask her over and over and that to bring reading materials so she wont be bored as the waiting is really really really long.

Good luck!
