I'm stuck on the form I-485 part 1

oh ok we are a bit late filing for aos because we haven't got all my vaccinations finished and of course transcribed after.

We were married within the 90 days, delay is only cos we wanted to use the health insurance for vaccinations and the delay in waiting for our marriage certificate. but i thought that as long as we got married in 90 days that a slight delay would be forgiven?

so far we are only a few days late as i-94 ran out on 19th of may.

But what do i put as current uscis status? can i still put k1 holder? i know in the next part there is a place to put k1 holder again (part 2 and 3) so they should know i am adjusting from k1. but is that my current uscis status or is it actualy out of status?

I filed AOS 3 months after the I-94 expired. I put K-1 Visa holder as the status. We've received the AP and the EAD, just now waiting for them to process the AOS.

I filed AOS about 2 or 3 weeks after my I-94 expired and put K-1 as my status. It was fine, no problems. If you're waaaay out of the 90 days, they might expect you to state that you're out of status but if it's only a very short while, it doesn't see to be any issue at all.
