Hello

This might seem silly but I need some confirmation. Question #21 on I130 asks for the last address where we lived together. My husband is a USC and I live in Canada. I recently visited him for the long weekend from May 15-19. So in that question should I put May 15-19? Is visiting for a few days considered living together? We have never really lived together so far, we've just visited each other frequently for couple days every month or so.

Please clarify.

I put N/A since I have never lived with my husband...not sure if that will be accepted or not. Waiting for NOA2

I wouldn't consider visiting living together.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
