Just curious what the online status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT

On May 22, 2009, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of May 22, 2009, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your address.

I've searched and found a few posts asking this question....but there where no answers. Is there anyone who received the document after getting this case status update online who might know what this is.

What is stated online when an RFE is sent?

What does current status on USCIS page says? Either its an approval or RFE, read the current status. Good luck!

This is the current status. What I typed above is what was on the page, it didn't state specifically.....that's what led to my question.

Hmm I never seen an online status like that. I tried to look my USCIS page but it won't open anymore, but I specifically remembered it said --Approval notice sent.

And I have read others RFE messages and it says -- Request for more evidence sent.

Hope you will get your answer by Monday or Tuesday, Best wishes (F)

I'm just anxious but it is still very early and I'm hoping it is not an RFE. I will be so happy when mine says Approval notice sent too.

Oh its Friday still, why not try to call USCIS and try to talk to a representative, may be they can clear out what exactly has been sent to you :)

I have already received an NOA1 receipt notice....I'll call on Monday and see if I can get beyond being told to wait at least 30 days.

Ha....prolly will just have to wait though :whistle:

I saw that status on mine and it was a NOA1. So maybe you have NOA 2 coming. Hopefully it's not an RFE.

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : South Korea

2009-03-13 : Married~

2009-04-20 : I-130 Sent

2009-04-28 : I-130 NOA1

2009-05-20 : I-130 Approved! (Your I-130 was approved 22 days from NOA1 date.)

2009-05-27 : NVC Received and assigned case #.

2009-06-05 : NVC Left

2009-06-29: Medical (passed)

2009-07-07 : Interview Date

2009-07-10 : Visa Received

2009-07-30: US Entry

2009-08-13: Green card shipped

2009-09-01: Applied for SSN

2009-12-12- Driver's Lic. Issued
