Is it also possible to receive GC without interview for K-3? I am pregnant and i think my interview date will be around in Nov or Dec when i will be 8-9 months pregnant..In that case i will ask to postpone the interview date..

There have been a few K-3s who have received green cards without interviews as well, although not as many as for K-1s. Try not to postpone an interview date if possible - it is incredibly difficult to do and you may end up with the case being denied for not showing up at the original date even if it is supposedly 'rescheduled', requiring you to request that they re-open the file - a lot of extra time and hassle. So, unless you are actually delivering try to make your interview.

Hi!

A friend came to the States with a K1 (fiancée) visa. She got married and started the AOS process. She told me that she received her green card on the mail WITHOUT the interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! She told me they were very surprised, but the lawyer told them that sometimes is possible... did you know this was possible???

All this immigration thing is... ppffffffffff... so frustrating and unfair!!

I agree you e-migra the USCIS people are so unfair, I am a k3 applicant so im not expecting anymore for miracle speedy approval, because it seems that they are for k1's. Imagine, most of them were transfered to CSC, a GC approval without interview, humm amazing!! :blush
