Hi, everyone

i' just curious about filing.....this is my status i am married from u.s citizen and we married in california i got my green card and everything there. since my hubby is military we found out were moving in Puerto rico for 2 years. we about 1 year more left to stay here in Puerto rico and planning to go back in CA. (i am so excited) now........since we file the removal conditional and i got everything. i am planning to get my citizen actually i am prepared now. my question is if i filed my N400 naturalization what immigration center i can send to? but, but, i red from uscis.gov filing form instructions that if you lived in bla, bla, bla, you can filed your application this bla, bla, bla, CURIOUS i got my resident card in california. i dont know where i can send my n400 since i am here in PR. pls. any answers for this i really appreciate it. :unsure:

If you reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, send your application to the USCIS Lockbox Facility at:

Timeline

Note one of the requirements of N-400 is minimum of 90 days residency in the USCIS district or state. Moving before or while N-400 is in process MAY affect the processing of the N-400.

If you are moving soon, you may consider filing the N-400 90 days after you move.

You should be fine then.
