is that any one know wt is deffrience between review and backgroung check

i had two cases with uscis i-129 and i-130

i-129 k3 was returned to uscis for review and interview for visa in embassy

i-130 was lost by uscis after approval.

both cases was approved on 10 mar 2008.

i recived mail that they doing background check on both cases.

is it mean they doing review both cases .

it it both thing is same.

pls help

Admin review is the general term they us for anything additional that has to be doen to the case. I think it is a good sign that you recived that mail stating that they are doing something to your case.

It was my understanding that if the CO sent your case back to the USCIS, it was becasue they were denying it. This does not make it so, but it takes hard work to make it not so.

this is review for revocation not Admin review. about i-129 k3 visa not approved after interview. we found they returned case because of bonafield relation. case was recived by uscis on 27 feb 2009. they sent letter that they
