Hello everyone, Just wanted to share some happy news, my husband sent all documents and DS 230 on April 30th. NVC received it on May 8th, and after 2 weeks of calling, they told me that the case was approved last week on May 15th.

I thought they would send an email for that. Now the lady on the phone said, they are waiting for an appointment date from the embassy and that the month of June was all booked. She also said, they make appoinments for the 2nd week of every month... So I am crossing my fingers that it is for July.

I hope and pray everything goes smoothly for us, as well for everyone who is going thru this journey!

This sounds like you are doing CR-1 if you sent all the docs to NVC. You must have paid NVC $70 and $400, if so the forget the K-3 and stick to the CR-1 path.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
