Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Me too. This proves we are old.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I got 14/20, but I'm too young to know this stuff.

That's not too shabby, if you were born after 1970 or so.

You did get #16, right??

Anyone who cannot name the Beatles should be immediately taken out and shot.

Born in the 80s? Eeewwwww :dead:

You mean to say, Billy Idol was already Dancing with Himself, and you were just being born?

#1 is Wonderbread, that was their advertising slogan to convince suburban moms that white supermarket bread was better for their kids than the more nourishing foods of an earlier generation.

#4 Refers to the old NBC Evening news team, Huntley-Brinkley. This was the precursor to the NBC Evening news program of today with Brian Williams.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huntley-Brinkley_Report

#6 "Skipper's Little Buddy"? That doesn't mean anything to you? Gilligan. As in Gilligan's Island. Bob Denver played him. The question is referring to an earlier role played by Denver, which I didn't get either (only one I didn't know)

#13 Brylcream A little dab'll do ya - was a famous TV and radio advertising jingle that no teenager could have avoided during the 50s and 60s. (It was a hair cream).

#15 Mary Martin

#17 Who wrote the book of love - famous 60s pop song

we cannot be everywhere, all of the time.

Knowledge is subjective, in that we learn what seems important at the time....

The collective knowledge is the key.
