Ok i'll take the plunge to be first today, finally Friday and holiday. Did anyone notice all the polls seemed to reappear again over night? Nagi are you ok? I hope to buy a new grill this weekend and we will see what we can manage to cook, should be interesting. Have a good weekend and stay safe :thumbs: Pass the coffee

I think you must have picked a night when everyone managed some sleep. lol

Good afternoon and happy Friday everyone! :dance::dance::dance:

I can smell meat on the grill in the kitchen. Not sure what mom is making but it smells good!

Hubby should be home from prayers soon and I should get dressed soon. lol

Not sure what we'll do today, but I hope we'll go out and enjoy the day.

i would have been here sooner but i was adjusting the sprinkler ( we laid some sod down yesterday) so i was trying to position the sprinkler just right and then the dang sprinkler head fell off and yes it sprayed me right in the face and soaked my clothes. Thank goodness it's Friday!

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone! Had some fantastic rain yesterday! We are to have rain again today, but it's just too much to wish for!!!

Afternoon Melly! Hope you are having a good day!

I have a few errands to run today. Wael wants to go to the movies this weekend, but

don't know what is showing that's interesting. We do love Ben Stiller, so maybe it's the

new Night at the Museum.

Tasha, we did see Mall Cop and Valkyrie. Laughed thru Mall Cop! Tom Cruise is awesome!

Has anyone seen "Taking Chance" with Kevin Bacon? What an awesome peformance. A

sober and moving movie. Cried thru most of it.

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Sabah elkhair MENA...I hope everyone had a good night and I hope you have an excellent Friday! Yay...I got to come in an hour late today and get to leave an hour early....see the CEO of our company usually lets us leave at 3:00 the day before a holiday....I come in at 7 instead of 8 and before I was allowed to leave at 2 (only fair since everyone else gets to leave 2 hours early). Well for some odd reason some of the 8-5'ers thought that wasn't fair and the 7-4 people needed to leave at 3 also. :angry: How is that not fair? So I asked my boss if I could come in at 8 instead and that way I will still get my 2 hours...so there!

Sorry for that rant so early this morning!

Nagi I don't think I have what you have. No fever for me so I guess it's just one of those fibro flareups since I'm in wicked pain today.

Nothing much going on here. House is quiet and I'm working. We'll go to the movies tonight but have to decide between Star Treck and Angels and Demons. Almost done with the book but not sure hubby will understand all of the references, though he loved the Davinci Code so we'll see.

Good Morning Everyone!

Well, my fever is down to 100, but I got terrible 'runs' . The body aches seem less, but my husband is getting paranoid that I have the Swine flu. Good Lord!

Is looks like a nice day out again , so maybe I can get outside.

As far a cooking out, I asked my husband if he would be interested in grilling, and he was just clueless as to what that was. 0i!

Bridget, I really hope you are on the mend today! What are your plans for the weekend?

Melly...you're in Egypt right? Wow I remember the times waking up in the morning smelling something cooking and the birds chirpin and bright blue skies....ahhhhhh I want to be back there. As long as it isn't lamb I am smelling, it's all good.

HLM....how's the preganancy coming along. Do you know if it is a boy or girl? Any names picked out?

I haven't any plans for the weekend.

I would love to go to a cookout...anyone having one? :P

I am still planning on going to the shore on Monday..got the cooler and a couple chairs ready to go

Sandrilla, thanks for asking. I haven't seen the baby since he was a week old and that was over a month ago. It seems the mother has issues. NOt only that, he is constatly sick, (ya right).

I have my parent's 50th aniversary party sunday, I am still trying to get things ready. I have 24 geraniums that i have to foil and ribbon! I can't beleive they have made it this far. My husband says my dad deserves a purple heart for staying married to one woman for so long! :devil:
