k1 visa case procedure.

Hello, i am from Pakistan i meet a girl on @ website we involve in each other, she is from Philadelphia, after 1 year involvement, she visited Pakistan 1 and half month before and we did engagement, she went back to U.S after 2 weeks stay.

She applied for k1 visa she get confirmation sleep and sleep number to track the status of the case with in a week.

Its already 1 and half month and she want me to be with her she sent letter to the USCIS once and told them she is missing me and all her feelings about.

Again after 1 week she sent same kind of letter to the Congressman about she is missing me too much she is alone there in trouble want me to be with her.

My friend had her fiancée pregnant he did request for quick process and got k1 interview in 4 month process.

Is there any straight forward legal way i can request USCIS to process my case little quicker for my fiancée.

Maybe you should start by filling in your timeline.

Expedite processing at USCIS for "missing me to much" is NOT possible.

what process are u referring to? while the case @ uscis? or @ embassy level?!

I never thought of the "I'm missing him" approach. Has anyone else tried that?

Won't work. Typically 6-9 months for arrival in the US on a K-1 visa

NO!

If it was possible to pay extra to have a case expedited legally, everyone here would gladly do it. If you're talking about paying a bribe to someone at USCIS, there is zero chance of that happening, and you could be barred forever from entering the US if you even attempt it.

At the very least, you're going to have to wait like everyone else. Unfortunately, you live in a country where it's very difficult for men to get a visa to come to the US. In case you don't follow the news, there are some very bad people in your country who would love to come to the US and cause trouble. The US government is going to look very closely at your application, and it's likely to take a long time. Be patient. If you're sincere, you'll eventually get your visa.

It's a waiting game and basically there's nothing you can do to get ahead on the very long line. Just be patient and hang in there. The USC can visit the beneficiary in the meantime so lessen the burden of being apart.
