Hey everyone

I haven't visited in a while, so I just wanted to stop in and say hello and update everyone on our progress. It was heartbreaking to see that you are still imprisoned in this room Sara, and my prayers are that one day soon you will be out of here too.

For those of you new to this room, my message is to Keep The Faith. Our NOAH 2 was ten months in waiting, but we finally received it on March 27. My first thought was Thank God and now we will blow through the NVC like everyone else seems to do in three days. That was not to be, but just like with USCIS we were moved on when it seemed hopeless. On May 8 the NVC finally woke up and passed us on to Manila. I guess some of us just get alot more scrutiny from these approving entities. The only thing I can figure with us is it could be the number of times married and our age difference. It is also possible that my son got a Fiance Visa three years before I applied, and that got their attention. I dont know, but I'm just thrilled we are finally on our way to interview. I called the Manila Embassy a few days ago, and they quickly gave me a choice of between June 10 and June 29, so I took the first date offered June 10. This Sunday we will drive to Manila to stay overnight and then park ourselves at St. Luke's for the Medical exam at 7 am on Monday morning.

I pray that my first two experiences with time delay with USCIS and then NVC doesnt hold true with the Embassy; meaning, I hope they dont take months to let us know they have approved us. Its time for me to finally bring her home. We'll see.
