Finally, after checking daily to see if/when our case has been touched and still nothing, I came home today and found in my mailbox the RFE we've been waiting for - the IMBRA papers! Woo hoo!!! It's pretty basic and to the point, easy, cheesy... so I will fill it out now, make copies tomorrow and back in the mail it goes!

Soon to be back on track, inch'allah! :yes: That wasn't so bad! I pray we'll be getting NOA2 still by the end of July or early August...

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

2007- May -23: Biometrics Appointment @ 9 Am

2007- August- 08 : Interview at 10 A.M

2007- october- 04 :Card production ordered

2007-october- 05: Welcome letter recieved in mail

2007-october-11 : Approval notice sent

papers have been filled out and sent back to CSC today - delivery confirmation, next day (which will be Monday, since tomorrow is Saturday). Inch'allah, we'll be back on track very soon. I'm leaving for NY w/ my family tomorrow, so I wanted delivery confirmation so I can check online from there - you know I'll be obsessing about it all week if I didn't!

Still praying for NOA2 by the end of July.... and I know this is being super optimistic and hopeful (which is certainly better than the alternative), but I'm still hoping for a possible August/September interview. I pray we're not far off track now!

Wishing you all a wonderful Friday... and Happy Holiday Weekend.... those fireworks you might see on Tuesday, well, they're for us - all of us waiting or recently reunited! :P:dance::star:

I dont mean to be pessmissistic noura but my noa1 date is March 10th (your's is may 2nd) and I think that I am being super optimistic about even getting an approval by the end of July... USCIS has such a backlog who knows what will happen.

I know, I'm not counting on anything, I just prefer to focus on the positive potential outcome - what you dream becomes reality! If I focus on longer waits & negative energy, it will come my way - so, I'm keeping the positive vibes going and mentally working on the "short wait" - as Said says "We wish it to be in an earlier time". I love that.... :star:
